Mission Statement:
The Lector’s Ministry is a planned formation of proclaimers of the Word of God. The Word is a living and vibrant proclamation of God’s instructions for us to live by. We as lectors have the privilege to share the Word with our brothers and sisters in Christ. This is a principle element of the liturgy, fostered in the tradition of the Roman Catholic Church.
We are to “be doers of the word and not hearers only” (James 1:22)
